You only need to submit one application, even if you are applying for multiple positions (you will be able to rank the positions on the application form). Staff Interviews on Saturday March 30, 2019
Applicants being considered for employment will be contacted by email, phone or text to arrange an interview on Saturday, March 30, sometime between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at the Hintonburg Community Centre, 1064 Wellington Street West (Laurel Room). The majority of interviews will be held that day, however additional interviews may be held on weekday evenings as required.
Staff Training July 2 to 5, 2019
Staff training will take place during the first week of July, from Tuesday, July 2 to Friday, July 5, 2019. Staff members will be paid for this four-day training course. Transportation to and from camp will be provided.
Rental Season – Staff Needed!
Come spend the month of June working at camp! We host many school rental groups from the end of May to the end of June (exact dates to be confirmed). If you are available to work during this time, be sure to check off “May/June Rental Staff” when selecting the position(s) you are applying for.
STB Staff Scholarship Opportunities
Staff members who work a minimum of 4 weeks this summer and are entering/returning to full-time studies at a Canadian post-secondary institution in the fall of 2019 are eligible to apply for a STB Staff Scholarship in the amount of $500. The scholarship applications are submitted in August and will be reviewed and assessed by a Scholarship Committee on various criteria, including financial need, demonstrated commitment and leadership as a staff member and contributions to the camp community.
